Senior position( total annual income more than RMB200,000 )
Charging 25% of the position’s annual pay from the company after the candidates is successfully employed. Guarantee time: 3 month

Middle and senior position(total annual income between RMB100,000 –RMB200,000)
Charging 22% of the position’s annual pay from the company after the candidates are successfully employed.

Guarantee time: 3 month

Junior position ( total annual income less than RMB100,000 )
Charging 20% of the position’s annual pay from the company after the candidates are successfully employed.

Guarantee time: 3 month

Minimum Charge: 20,000
